Sales Supervisor, FMCG (Baby Care, Cosmetic)
Position Summary:
- Supervise sales team to implement sales plan to achieve sales target
- Reporting line: Sales Manager
Job Description :
1-Monitor the sales in assigned area. Be responsible for achieving sales target. Propose solutions to increase / improve sales. Tasks include:
- Market visit. Build and enhance relationship with big GT customers / stores
- Coordinate with MT Sales Rep to ensure the sales and AR collection
- Supervise and assist the sales of province
- Supervise sales persons ‘ tasks and activities
2. Follow – up AR collection. Settle overdue AR together with Finance team
3. Report market info, sales data, customer data to the superior
4. Contribute ideas to build the sale plan and the distribution of sales into area, period, channel
5. Other tasks of sales and marketing assigned by superior
Job Requirement :
- College or Bachelor Degree in Economy, Marketing or other education relating to Sales
Working Condition:
Working Place: Office. Domestic business trip (less than 1 week) sometimes
