MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be in charge of demand forecast and submitting PO of imported product to Suppliers (Pigeon)
2. Submit Sale report and inventory report to Suppliers (Pigeon)
Job Description :
- Collect sale forecast from Marketing team and check the reasonable of sale forecast based on the
actual sale last month
- Based on the inventory policy / sale forecast to calculate demand forecast for imported goods
- Check Sale data from NC systems in monthly
- Set up the Pack code formula to calculate actual sale data / actual inventory
- Inform to Marketing Team to confirm about actual sale data and submit sale report on 5th monthly
- Check, track PO and work with Suppliers to get confirmation about shipment schedule, PI
- Track and coordinate goods to allocate GT and MT channels
- Follow-up the packed promotion goods and packaging with Warehouse
Job Requirement :
- College or University Graduation with the Import – Export/ Economics/ Business Administration
