Position Summary :



1-Following all company’s policies.

2-Protecting and maintaining company’s equipment and infrastructure.

3-Evaluating the reports from the subordinates.

4-Achieving the monthly sales targets set by team.

5-Assisting in the selling of sales department.

6-Leading team sales to reach sales target which have been determined.

 

Job Description :

1.Supporting to develop sales planning, monthly yearly for per area and per product.

2.Breaking down yearly, quarterly, monthly sales forecast and/or action planning for each Sales Executive.

3.Preparing and implementing schedule to visit customers.

4.Developing distribution network in the scope of management.

5.Coordinating all programs which the programs are valid.

6.Displaying product in the area of responsibility.

7.Conducting coordination with every department/division.

8.Looking for & developing new customers in the area of responsibility.

9.Coaching and developing team members to become a high performing business team.

10.Suggesting training & developing staffs.

11.Evaluating increasing &decreasing limit credit customers.

12.Evaluating and reporting competitor’s activities.

13.Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the achieving target in scope of management.

14.Checking & signing expenses of staffs.

15.Implementing and monitoring all sales programs in the scope of management.

16.Controlling and evaluating visiting of salesman vs. goals of visit every day.

17.Analyzing and evaluating sales results weekly, monthly, and yearly.

18.Making all necessary action and advising superior based on analyzing report.

19.Building good relationship with customers in scope of management.

20.Proposing improvement on the existing policy or plan of company.


Job Specification:

Educational Background:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree major in Economic Management, Marketing, Technique or other education which related with Sales Operation

Training goes through:

- Competitive marketing strategy, Sales Planning & Budgeting, Product management, negotiation skills.

Experience:

- Have an experience at least 2 years in Sales Field.

Skill:

- Expert in product knowledge

- Able to execute prospecting to the customer candidate

- Able to sales product.

- Able to perform effectively communication.

- Able to operating computer

- Able to negotiation

- Able to execute presentation

Personality:

- Have a sense of responsibility, initiative, cooperative, ethics and discipline (RICED)

- Have Integrity

- Have Enthusiasm

- Honest and Assertive


Working Condition:

Working Place          : Office.

Dangerous               : Don’t have riskiness and there is no dangerous activity
